By using the Site and our Technical and Cleaning Services you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the www.domdubai.ae privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site and Technical and Cleaning Services. Limited License By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that you are at least 18 years old. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to utilize and access the Site pursuant to the requirements and restrictions of these Terms of Use. DOM Technical Services LLC may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time. Squeaky Clean Services may also, without notice or liability, impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to all or portions of the Site. Permitted Use You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by DOM Technical Services LLC to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by DOM Technical Services LLC to do so. Applicable Law United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions. Events Outside of Control We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control. Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event. Limitation of Liability Policy DOM Technical Services’ Liability for damage or personal injury resulting from negligence of that of its employees or agents is limited. DOM Technical Services liability or in connection with the agreement shall be limited as follows:
  • - For physical damage to property caused by the negligence of DOM Technical Services, its employees or agents, to the sum of AED100. - The customer is responsible for exercising caution and common sense to protect their safety and personal property. The customer is responsible for securing to protect cash, jewellery and any other items of value. DOM Technical Services have a zero-tolerance policy in terms of theft and dishonesty. No responsibility or liability is however accepted for any of the above. - The customer is responsible for reporting any incident, breakage, damage and loss within 12 hours of completion of the service. Failure to do so will nullify any claim. - DOM Technical Services is not responsible or liable for any damage to laundry items or machinery during laundry process, including but not limited to, shrinkages, burns, colour changes, equipment damage or any other damage resulting from washing, drying, or ironing processes. Customer Obligations Laundry and ironing assistance can be provided upon the customer request. The customer agrees to provide full supervision and instruction for any laundry and ironing undertaken by our team. The customer is wholly responsible to manage and separate any laundry items, including colours, delicate fabrics, linens, temperature requirements or materials with specific washing or ironing instructions. Upon request of laundry and ironing assistance, the customer agrees and accepts complete responsibility for all items and any damages that may occur. The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for DOM Technical Services staff. Any pets should be secured to ensure the safety of both the pets and the technical or cleaning staff. Service Satisfaction Guarantee DOM Technical Services is committed to customer satisfaction. If there are any issues with the technical or cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours for any necessary adjustments. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold DOM Technical Services LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site, or your breach of the Terms of Use. Cooking/Tracking Technology The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site.
